PCCA CONTEST RULES
1. Each Team must consist of two people age 15 and above. Contestants under 18 must be accompanied by adult supervision.
2. Each Team must pay $30.00 prior to the Contest.
3. Contestants must cook a minimum of 15 - 20lbs of Cracklin Fat.
4. Each Team must begin cooking at or after 11:00AM and end at or before 3:00PM.
5. Each Team is required to turn in Cooked Cracklins in the bag provided by PCCA at the Judging Table no later than 3:00PM.
Note: Cracklin Judging will begin shortly after 3:00PM.
